Clients ask us every day how they can put their trade dollars back into their businesses. HVAC and refrigeration repairs are no-brainers but typically infrequent expenses. The Monarch in Wichita found a way to keep the trade turning and bonus her staff. She buys gift certificates from us for IMS restaurants in $10 increments. If a customer calls or texts her after dining at her restaurant and leaves their server a positive review, the server gets to choose a $10 certificate from her stash. It’s a great incentive, and it keeps her cash in the bank!
