From the heart of Sonoma County's Russian River Valley Appellation, this case of 12 bottles is estate grown and a Gold Medal Winner at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair. Zora’s coveted vineyard was planted in the Spring of 2001 with a spacing of 6’ by 4’. This half of the vineyard was planted with Dijon Clone 667. Reminiscent of a coastal Pinot, this beauty presents with ripe pomegranate, orange-peel, and ruby-red grapefruit qualities. The aromatics are perfumed with wildflowers and a bit of anise. Pair with Crab Bisque, Pork in a Tarragon Cream Sauce, Grilled Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Crab Cakes, Caesar Salad with lots of anchovies, Creamy Pesto Pasta, or Filet Mignon. For fromage: Brie or Blue Cheese.
