This was handpicked fruit from 40-year-old vines and fermented in French and American oak barrels. Pairs well with crab cakes, smoked and cured meats, creamy cheeses, sauteed or grilled seafoods with acidic sauces, poached salmon, and salads with vinaigrette. Has a crisp acidity that is characteristic of a cool climate Vidal Blanc.
