Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, stainless steel fermented and aged, this wine received 90 points from James Suckling. Intense aromatics and ‘very varietally correct’ quips our winemaker. True to the Sauvignon Blanc grape, the bouquet has notes of lemongrass, citrus and guava. Tropical fruits and citrus flavors of pineapple and grapefruit blend nicely.
