Matrix Winery is a small family-owned winery located on Westside Road which specializes in Pinot Noirs as well as Chardonnay, Petite Sirah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Zinfandel from the Russian River Valley. With our focus on labor-intensive, hands on farming practices we produce low-yield vineyards that result in grapes marked by astounding concentrations of flavors— thus creating wines that are powerful yet elegant. This vineyard located off of Woolsley road outside of Fulton. This is a cooler climate Pinot Noir that shows amazing bright cherry and strawberry cola. Juicy red plum and raspberry flavors give this wine a nice, rounded mouthfeel. Notes of cocoa, vanilla, and savory spices showcase the bold influence of the oak barrel.
