2020 Reserve Syrah (Case)

Syrah This single vineyard select Syrah has notes of blackberry and raspberry, punctuated by a smooth peppery finish. Full-bodied, well-structured and age worthy. We have limited quantities remaining of this bold and intense wine. This Syrah pairs with so many foods including meatless options. It pairs perfectly with appetizers, main courses and a satisfying meal ending pairing with hard or stinky cheeses. For Non-Meat choices; pairs well with Pasta Puttanesca, Portobello Sandwich and Falafel! AND If you are starting up your grill for some spring grilling then this Syrah is the wine. Pairs great with BBQ, grilled sausages, grilled tuna, grilled eggplant, and grilled burgers....especially with ketchup. TIPS –Place the bottle in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving. Aeration adds to the intense flavor, so don't be afraid to pour wine from glass to glass and then back into the first glass, and if possible, serve in wide bowl glass. Enjoy!
