It is a clear departure from the expected and a Bourbon you will cherish. Single Malt: This is the Single Malt you’ve waited for. Mellowed naturally and aged in oak charred to our specs. A distinctly Independent clean flavor on ice or neat as you please. Smoked Rye: If you crave that bold and earthy flavor of Rye, you probably won’t find one as carefully crafted as our Rye Whiskey. Dark Rum: This hand crafted Rum makes you think Whiskey when you taste it. It’s that good, and the combination of pure cane goodness makes it distinct and smooth as the beach breeze that inspired it. White Rum: This White Rum is a statement to a Spirit produced in the Craft Single Batch tradition, making it perfect for mixed drinks and to stand only on ice if you prefer. Spice Rum: One of the first Rums created at J2B, it is a signature of our tribute to truly traditional Caribbean Rums using only natural Vanilla Bean and other spices.
