Double Gold Medal at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair in 2023. This Zora’s Cuvee represents the best of both worlds: Dijon Clones 667 and 777. Grown adjacently on Sunce’s estate, they were harvested and whole-cluster-fermented together. An extended aging of eighteen months in 30% new French oak adds depth and silk. A refined, fully expressive dark plum, interspersed with fennel and all-spice awaken the senses to an unnamable nostalgia-laden finish. Pair with the right mood, the right person, the perfect salmon, pork, chicken or tofu dish, or pair it with nothing at all, and have a romantic evening alone, just you and your Zoras…Pinot.
