The upper level features a king bed and the main floor sectional couch offers a queen pullout sofa sleeper. A wraparound porch offers stunning views of the pond with patio seating, gravity chairs, a propane grill and covered hot tub. A fire pit is adjacent to the porch near the hot tub. Please understand this is a country setting, the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen and even frogs can be heard.

The whole group/family will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
