There is no telling what the technician actually did or a historical record of how the equipment was running. We’re changing that. When we perform a service on your furnace and AC for the first time, we are going to leave a binder with a record of all of our measurements from our service. We’ll make a note of the furnace’s efficiency, the carbon monoxide levels in the exhaust, the amp draws on the condenser motors, and dozens of other factors. This way, if something seems off next year, we can refer to previous years records and determine what has changed and what needs to be done to fix the problem. This helps protect the homeowner’s health and their wallets. No one else does this. We are setting a new standard.
