So much so, that we exclusively use Leidenheimer's Bread straight from The Crescent City. All of our seafood and chicken proteins are brined in buttermilk and are hand dredged in cornmeal. Our dark roux gumbo is made by Chef Michael himself and takes the better part of a day and a half to make. All of our stocks, sauces, sides, soups and dressings are made in house.
