I am not a certified therapist, I am a certified life events coach. I love to feed my mind, soul and body. It can be researching the latest nutrient. A new coaching method, maybe a meditation or cold shower possibly. For me, My hurdles and trauma in my life have evolved into a story that serves. From that story, healing, forgiveness, compassion and reframing came into my life path. Combined training and experiences, I then found my true path to serve as a Coach. Since becoming a life coach, I have surrounded myself with people that I admire, people that inspire, people that have something to teach, and from whom I can learn. I know that learning a new way of doing things is a challenge, but with the right set of skills and abilities, anything and everything is possible. I believe my purpose is to become the fullest expression of myself and to help others do the same.

am a Colorado native and have been a massage therapist and had my own business since 1999. I grew up on a cattle ranch and with a deep passion for sports. I have a B.A. in Exercise Science and worked in a physical therapy office before deciding to attend Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I am married, live in the foothills and have three amazing wonderful children. My studies at BCMT included over 1200 hours of education in kinesiology and anatomy and physiology and hands-on training specializing in all aspects of massage therapy. I acquired a Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy degree in Sports And Orthopedic Massage which is one of the highest degrees available for massage therapy in the U.S.

Deep tissue- This type of massage uses firm pressure to work on fascia and deep musculature of the body. It can be very therapeutic for chronic pain, injury, arthritis or those who like a deeper massage. Reflexology: Modality of massaging reflex areas on the feet that correspond to other areas of the body. This helps facilitate healing throughout our body by manipulating reflex points in our feet. This is also a great modality for tired, sore feet.

Pre and Post Natal: This massage is tailored to the mom to be or new mom. Supported by pillows, relaxation and relief of sore muscles awaits you. This increases areolation, and relieves pressure and pain associated with pregnancy or new motherhood. This massage will relieve lower back pain and support ligament changes.

Infant Massage: This is a hands on session to train you to massage your baby! It will help relieve colicky and digestive issues, increases quality and quantity of sleep, and relaxes your little bundle of joy! It will also aid in the development and grown of babies, especially premature babies. The number of sessions depends on the mother and child.

Hot Stone Massage: This is a whole new level of relaxation! Feel the release of tension from your muscles with the warmth of the heated stones as they glide along your skin. Sports and Orthopedic: This treatment modality uses techniques specific for chronic pain or specific injuries. It assists in treating and preventing injuries by using trigger point therapy and invigorating massage techniques that increase circulation and mobility so you can live an active, pain free life. Paraffin Treatment: Experience the warmth of the moisturizing wax with heated mitts and booties.

We want folks who are just getting into archery to enjoy the sport and stick with it for the long term. Hitting what you are aiming at is fun! And when you can hit what you want you'll stick with the sport longer. So we provide a free introductory lesson to every new archer that walks in our door. This introductory lesson is also part of the process in helping customers select a bow that is a correct fit for them. We do not hold back any information in this introductory lesson. We make sure to get you in proper archery form (whether you want to be a bowhunter or just a target shooter), teach you the proper motions, and answer any questions that you have. Must speak to Tom.
