Our Personal Training, Shotokan , Okinawan Kobudo, Fitness & Self Defense programs are offered as small group or private lessons. Our instructors are internationally certified. We are the only Shotokan in Illinois licensed with SKIF. We offer the following classes: Tuesday & Thursday Evenings For Children and Adults- 6:30 kids & 7:30 Adults. Wednesday Afternoon & Evenings- Private Lessons in any of the Shotokan classes, self-defense Kabudo, Fitness & Personal Training. Saturdays Little s 4 & 5 year old's at 9:45am and Family Shotokan of all ages and ranks at 10:45am, Open hour of Kabuto at 11:45am. Personalized Zoom classes are available on Wednesdays & weekends and are Flexible based on availability. Will trade in stock uniforms and equipment.
