All 4 sofas make into queen sofa beds offering additional sleeping areas. There is plenty of common space in the house perfect for family get togethers to corporate retreats for up to 16 guests. Outside offers a swimming pool (Open during summer), a 7 person hot tub, a court that doubles as a tennis or basketball court, 2 firepits, picnic area with grills, a swing set and more. Additional amenities include plenty of TV's with direct TV or DVD players, an inflatable movie screen, arcade games, board games, toys, horseshoes, croquet, the supplies for tennis and basketball and a professional cotton candy machine with the start up supplies.
